I KNOW IT'S A LOT OF READING LOL. BUT IT'S ALL IMPORTANT! :'D

Eyes His left eye is blue with a black retina and a faded X across his pupil--the retina and x is a sign of Shadow's presence. His right eye is scratched up/closed/scabby/just gross. The black X over his right eye (you can see in a previous ref) is still there, but may be hidden underneath scars. He's now blind in this eye.

Shadows Donnovan has no shadow. Ever. No. He has no shadow because Shadow, (his "demon"), is in control, therefore "inside" him causing a slight darken in color of fur and eyes. He has control over other object's shadows, and while he cannot physically control that object, he can do whatever he pleases with their shadow and actually make them tangible (example; he can use a rope's shadow to catch something's ankle). and if he's feeling sneaky, he can leave his body to do whatever in a shadow (like a ghost) however this also takes his conscious and leaves his body unattended, should anything happen to the body, he would remain a shadow. Forever. But this only occurs if he completely leaves his body. Donny can only create is own [a single] shadow, but manipulate others' [and his] shadows however the hell he wants. He can cast a shadow for visual purposes, however this fake-shadow is really only for his act as it doesn't do anything useful to him. Also, for shadows of animals (including humans/anything that may speak) he might decide to cause an illusion of words. These words do not make sense and are hardly understandable, but it is spooky.

"Act" Donnovan actually has a creative/artistic mind and with bright lights on stage and a white backdrop, he can literally create a puppet show. Sometimes he might take some "volunteers" from the audience and use their shadow and his fake one to make whatever he may do. Since this is a horror circus, he typically likes to do macabre things to it (such as ripping limbs off lol). This doesn't harm the volunteer physically. Also, for the effect, he may cause some of the audience's shadows to whisper to them. Just to creep them out.

Strengths Strong, determined, basic canine appendages, fast, very cunning and creative.

Oh, did I mention he's a damn liar?

Weakness He's mortal, nothing around it. "Small." Just a dog. He has to concentrate hard on every shadow he uses, so he's very easily distracted with it. Paranoid, may begin to freak out on certain situations. Also, darkness is a weakness--if there is no light, no shadows cast and the giant veil of darkness (though a shadow in itself) is too large for him to control. In contrast to that, brightbright lights that are too bright to cast good shadows also taper his talent. And finally, he can get sensitive in situations, the small part of old-Donny that remains.

Old-Donny as mentioned on the ref, sometimes Old-Donny may break free (usually in highly stressful situations where he's mentally weak). This only lasts as long as it takes Donnovan to recover himself. When this happens, he falls into terror due to the possible circumstance and the mere fact he gave into his ultimate fear. He has the mental stability of a teenager, really, in the sense he doesn't have a whole lot of control on his emotions and will freak out often, is very dramatic, and acts more on instinct in a fight.

What happened on Rashan Island? this is more ooc, but I'm not continuing with rioct so the story will come across random part throughout this round. You'll know soon enough!

Who Donny Was for people who didn't know Donnovan as a character before ToH, this is for you. Donny used to be a happyish, sociable character who knew better than to just go kill things for no reason and threw an absolute fit when someone did. Then, Shadow was just Donny's demon, of sorts, his alter-self and his partner in the Rioct tournament. It was Donny's ultimate fear to succumb to Shadow entirely, tempting as it was. When he would use Shadow for whatever reasons, it was like he was shoving drugs up his nose and it filled him with pleasure and strength. But Donny tried his best not to use him because he was terrified he'd never let him go. Now that he has finally entirely let Shadow control him, whenever Old-Donny breaks through, it's a scene. THINGS I FORGOT TO MENTION!! - his tongue is black, the inside of his mouth is an olive color [i will update when i get a chance]. - his right eye is scarred therefore he cannot see out of it, if it shows, all that is seen is a mottle of scabs and scars (scratched up by Ike in Rioct). Also, I realized in my loss of Rioct, it makes my story non-cannon, however I'm set on this scar as it makes for a big personality for Donnovan. Let's all have imagination now ^^
